OBJECTIVES:
- To promote the study, research and dissemination of all scientific and social aspects of food security in relation to xenobiotics present in food or formed.
- Promote coordination between teams of teachers from the different faculties which are taught subjects related to toxicology and food safety in order to unify criteria.
- Promote collaboration between research groups, professionals and organizations on Food Safety.
- Offer advice, at the institutional level, be required of the subjects of Food Safety and Toxicology in your relationship with food.
- Participate and collaborate in all activities promote, The organic or participle AETOX, or its various sections and working groups, in addressing issues of interest or knowledge of the Food Safety Section.
- Engage the AETOX, its sections or working groups in all those activities that promote Food Safety Section, organize or participate in and be of interest or knowledge of these.
- Promoting specialized training in Food Safety and Toxicology in your relationship with food.
