INFORMATION:

It is completely formalized the creation of Veterinary Toxicology Section, which was the founding meeting 4 de junio en Jarandilla de la Vera, where we also share the tribute to D. Prince Felix Miranda, Professor of Toxicology at the Veterinary Faculty of Córdoba on the occasion of his retirement. The tribute was very endearing and he participated actively throughout the AETOX, with the imposition of the silver badge by the President of the Association.

Day was a success with participation of most of the Faculties of Spain (both public and private), and representatives from other schools. It dabatió primarily on in-depth teaching of Toxicology in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine to try to reach agreement on the defense of this teaching to the corresponding organs, to homogenize contents of the subject and to share new teaching experiences. In addition it was also in depth the issue of Toxicology Veterinary Services of the Faculties.

The event was chaired by the President of AETOX, Dr Eduardo de la Peña, sharing the table with the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cáceres, Dr Francisco Soler and myself.
